We offer $5.95 flat-fee shipping to the continental United States!
International Shipping
We are happy to ship to our valued international customers. Please contact us for a quote. We will only charge you the actual shipping cost because we do not use shipping charges as a profit center.
How long will it take for my custom dog collar and/or custom leather leash to arrive?
Depending on the item, the production process before shipping can range between a few days to three weeks. Please refer to each product description for more details. Typically, our Gemstone dog collars have a much shorter production process than our exotic leather dog collars our jeweled dog collars. If your order includes a combination of Gemstone dog collars and other collars, such as our custom leather dog collars or jeweled collars, you may receive your order in separate shipments at no additional cost to you.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Doggone Elegant. If you are not totally thrilled with any of our products, we will be more than happy to repair or replace the item. Refunds are issued for defective merchandise only.
As all of our designer dog collars, leashes and harnesses are custom-made specifically for your dog’s measurements, please ensure that you measure carefully. We are unable to refund or replace collars with issues that stem from incorrect measurements. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Kindly keep in mind that exotic leathers, such as alligator and ostrich, naturally contain game or range marks that contribute to the interesting texture and visual character of the material. These marks, along with the tanneries’ repairs of these marks, are not considered defects for either finished or unfinished leather.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any item for repair or exchange. Please be sure that the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the package, as packages sent without this number will be returned to the sender.
One-Year Repair Warranty
Our Gemstone dog collars are very sturdy, constructed with state-of-the-art jeweler's wire consisting of 49 individual micro-woven steel wires. It is unlikely that your collar will break, but in the rare event that it does, just return it to us and we will repair it for you free of charge! You just pay for the shipping.
Please not that our Gemstone and Jeweled dog collars are for decorative purposes only and are not to be used for restraint or attached to a leash.
